HUDSON TAPROOM
Operation Stein Grab - Marzen
5.9% abv - Rich, malty flavor with deep amber color. Balanced profile with a prominent malt sweetness complemented by mild hop bitterness from German Noble hops. Aroma is a delightful mix of toasty bread, caramel, and subtle floral notes. Perfect for sipping during cooler months.
Fashion is Danger - New Zealand Pilsner
5% abv - Crisp with a translucent straw haze. Use of Phantasm Powder creates a flavor and aroma reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc wine while a medley of New Zealand hops brings a splash of lime zest, fresh-cut grass, and white peach. While it finishes dry, it leaves the echo of orchard fruit.
Berry Provocative - Raspberry Witbier
5.2% abv - Flirtatiously tart and undeniably smooth. A tantalizing fusion of bright raspberry and classic witbier charm. Pours a hazy blush pink, crowned with a pillowy white head. On the nose, ripe raspberries take center stage, mingling with whispers of citrus zest, coriander, and delicate wheat spice. The flavor? A perfect balance—soft malt sweetness meets vibrant berry tang, with a playful kiss of effervescence that keeps things light, crisp, and refreshingly irresistible.
Juice Bag - NEIPA
6.5% abv - Our Flagship IPA! Pours a hazy gold and hits with aromas of citrus and passionfruit. Flavors of grapefruit and passion fruit jump out while subtle hints of peach and apricot shine through.
Hud Light - German Pilsner
4.5% abv - Crisp and clean light pale lager. Light golden color with brilliant clarity. A soft malt backbone provides a touch of fresh baked bread and crackers followed by subtle floral and herbal notes from the German Noble hops. Prost!
I Take My Witbier Neat - Belgian Witbier
5.2% abv - Citrus and spice notes pop off of a soft-yet-crisp body. Finishes delightfully crisp - perfect for summer sipping!
Pairs well with bad decisions, good company, and the kind of night that ends with someone singing Garth Brooks in Flemish.
Friends in Low Countries - Belgian Pale Ale
5.7% abv - This beer doesn’t wear a monocle or speak fluent Trappist. It’s got just enough funk to raise eyebrows and just enough charm to get away with it. Think golden malt warmth, a kiss of noble hops, and a yeast profile that’s more “poetry in a dive bar” than “lecture at the abbey.”

Beach, Please - Pineapple, Mango, and Guava Sour
5.7% abv - A tropical vacation in a glass! Pops with a huge, juicy aroma balanced by a refreshingly tart finish.
Backhouse Hazy IPA
6.3% abv - Pale and hazy with dank and fruity qualities. For the IPA drinker who likes both ends of the spectrum!
Sunshine Of Your Love - Nitro Cream Ale
4.8% abv - Delicate balance of crisp refreshment and velvety nitro. A light golden hue and a cascading, pillowy head with a soft mouthfeel. Subtle notes of honey-kissed malt and corn sweetness intertwine with a clean finish, accentuated by the nitrogen’s signature silkiness.
John Doe - NEIPA
6.5% abv - No name. No backstory. Just a haze so juicy it left its identity at the door. John Doe rolls in like a tropical witness protection program—BRU-1 flashes pineapple credentials, Citra deals in grapefruit sharpness, Mosaic drops deep berry intel, and Sabro? Coconut-coded and suspiciously smooth. Together, they form a hazy fugitive that refuses to be pinned down. This NEIPA’s got a mouthfeel soft enough to vanish mid-sentence and a hop profile tangled in juicy intrigue. Aromas leap out like they’ve been caught red-handed in a fruit basket heist. No bitterness, no fingerprints—just a clean getaway on your palate. Because whoever he is... he tastes damn good.
Hard Seltzer - Strawberry, Pomegranate, Winter Citrus, Blood Orange, Passion Fruit, or Cucumber
4.5% abv - A crisp and refreshing seltzer in amazing flavors. Bonus...our seltzers are gluten free!

Noiret Red Wine
A medium-bodied, dry red wine aged for 15 months in a blend of American & French oak barrels. We taste berry jam, hints of herbal mint and coffee with vanilla notes.
Seyval White Wine
Dry white wine that has spent extended time on the yeast lees, resulting in a nutty, bread-like flavor and creamier mouthfeel. The acidity and citrus tones are muted and some sediment is expected.
