Not Ur Bock - Maibock
6.7% abv - Golden and radiant, this Maibock is a celebration of spring’s arrival. Brewed to showcase its malty backbone, it offers a harmonious blend of toasted bread, caramel sweetness, and delicate honeyed notes. A touch of noble hops brings balance, imparting a gentle herbal bitterness that lingers softly on the palate. With its smooth body and warming finish, this strong lager bridges the transition from winter to spring.
Berry Provocative - Raspberry Witbier
5.2% abv - Light, golden, and perfectly balanced - like a tightrope walker who also knows how to make waffles.
Phantom of the Hopera - Double IPA
8.5% abv - Pours a hazy golden-orange with a thick, creamy head. Aromas of tropical fruits and citrus, where hints of passion fruit, guava, and lime mingle with subtle notes of white grape and gooseberry. The Phantasm powder elevates these aromas, adding an extra dimension of complexity and intensity. Moutere and Motueka hops contribute layers of stone fruit, melon, and citrus zest, while the Enigma and Nelson hops add nuances of berry, white wine, and a touch of resinous pine.
Definitely NOT Water - NEIPA
6.4% abv - Pours a hazy gold and hits with aromas of citrus and passionfruit and added notes of grapefruit, peach, and apricot shining through.
An IPA Has No Name - NEIPA
6.3% abv - A golden, hazy pour drips with tropical intensity. Loaded with Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops, it delivers a kaleidoscope of citrus, stone fruit, and piney freshness; think zesty orange, ripe mango, and a juicy burst of peach, all backed by subtle resinous undertones. The mouthfeel? Pure silk—soft, smooth, and luxuriously thick, letting every tropical note linger just a little longer.
I Take My Witbier Neat - Belgian Witbier
5.2% abv - Citrus and spice notes pop off of a soft-yet-crisp body. Finishes delightfully crisp - perfect for summer sipping!
Backhouse Hazy IPA
6.3% abv - Pale and hazy with dank and fruity qualities. For the IPA drinker who likes both ends of the spectrum!

6.5% abv - Pours hazy gold with a pillowy white head. Aromas of bright citrus, white pepper and wildflowers with hints of clove and subtle earthiness. A delicate balance of flavors including zesty lemon, orchards fruits and a whisper of tartness on the light effervescent body. Its dry, crisp finish is accentuated by a peppery yeast character.
Kilt in Action - Scotch Ale
7.8% abv - Also known as a “Wee Heavy,” it's overwhelmingly malty with a rich sweet malt flavor and aroma. Pours a bright reddish-brown laced with a tan head. Rich flavor profile includes caramel, molasses, and brown bread. Delicately hopped to not take away from the malt flavor. Slàinte Mhath!
Dream of Balticornication - Nitro Baltic Porter
8.4% abv - Rich and creamy with a delightful balance of coffee, caramel and dark chocolate flavors.
Hard Seltzer - Strawberry, Pomegranate, Winter Citrus, Blood Orange, or Cucumber

Noiret Red Wine
A medium-bodied, dry red wine aged for 15 months in a blend of American & French oak barrels. We taste berry jam, hints of herbal mint and coffee with vanilla notes.
Seyval White Wine
Dry white wine that has spent extended time on the yeast lees, resulting in a nutty, bread-like flavor and creamier mouthfeel. The acidity and citrus tones are muted and some sediment is expected.
