HUDSON TAPROOM
Bada Bing - Italian Pilsner
5.25% abv - Super crisp with lovely floral and herbal hop notes and a slight touch of honey-like maltiness - this Italian Pils is Bellissimo!
Ray Chasing - Hazy Pale Ale
5.5% abv - Brewed with two-row malt and hopped exclusively with New Zealand-grown Motueka, Ray Chasing is brewed to be light, and crushable while showcasing the full spectrum of one of our brewer's favorite hops! The nose is bright and limey, with a nice pale malt aroma throughout. It drinks light and crisp, with more lime and a hint of cherry pit on the palate, and a fruitiness akin to Fruit Loops cereal. What follows is a crackery finish with lime oil and zest, that is light, dry, and ever so slightly bitter.
Afternoon Bell - Grisette
5% abv - Our Grisette was brewed with Pilsner Malt, and Warthog Wheat and Danko Rye from our friends at Valley Malt in Holyoke, MA. It is a pale yellow Belgian ale with a distinct, clean-fermented, "farmhouse" profile. On the nose, there are aromas of orange peel and honey, accented by white pepper, clove, and raw flour. The taste mirrors this, with white pepper and a woody spice dominating. It drinks clean, crisp, and finishes slightly dry.
New England Palm Trees - Double IPA
9% abv - This DIPA is as sturdy as it is tropical, clocking in at 9% abv and featuring a killer lineup of fruit-forward hops. Brewed with 2-Row malt, English pale malt, wheat, and flaked oats, it has plenty of body and depth to support a varied medley of hops: a late kettle addition of Alora, a heavy dry hopping of Azacca and Strata, and a lighter addition of Cashmere and Krush. The end result is a collage of tropical fruit notes - mango, passion fruit, pineapple - along with touches of strawberry, melon, stone fruit, and citrus. If you’re a serious hophead, this beer will give you the wallop of hoppy deliciousness you look for.
Fake Mustache - Kolsch
5% abv - Despite being brewed with ale yeast, Kölsch is fermented cold to achieve a relatively clean profile, making it much more akin to a lager in both appearance and flavor. Brewed with traditional malt and hops, our Kölsch is a pale golden ale with a balanced hop profile. The nose has light earthy herbal notes, with subtle berry and pear, mild citrus and a waft of crusty bread. The taste starts slightly sweet with green apple, and ripe pear notes, quickly balanced by a sharp woody hop flavor. Following the flavor, the mouthfeel is soft upfront and then sharp on the finish making for a refreshing drinking experience.
This Smells Expensive - New Zealand IPA
6.6% abv - Bright expressive NZ IPA built on a Rakau backbone, layered with Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, Riwaka, and a touch of Galaxy hops. It drinks soft up front with a clean, slightly dry finish that keeps it crisp and highly drinkable.
Clove Me Maybe - German-Inspired Hefeweizen
6% abv - Brewed with pilsner and wheat malt and hopped exclusively with German-grown Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. Fermented with traditional German yeast at low temperature, this hefe pops with the spicy clove and pepper notes distinct to the style, while keeping the banana and bubble gum esters as supporting characteristics. The nose is clove forward with touch of earthy citrus, ‘Bazooka Joe’ bubblegum, and caramelized banana. The taste is bright and woody, with a distinct note of under-ripe pear, and a subtle white peppery spice. Carbonated high, as is tradition, so it is bubbly on the pallet and produces a substantial head. It finishes smoothly and slightly dry with a final but brief pop of banana.
Raspberry Beret - Raspberry Hefeweizen
6% abv - See all that stuff wrote about the Clove Me Maybe hefeweizen? Take all that and add some deliciously juicy and slightly tart raspberry. It's fantastic!
West Coast V3 - West Coast IPA
7.25% abv - The latest iteration in our West Coast IPA series, V3 features a malt structure consisting primarily of pilsner malt, which lends a pale yellow color and the bare minimum of cereal backbone. It was hopped in the kettle with Centennial, Simcoe, Nugget, and Cascade hops - the same varietals and quantities as V2 - to perpetuate a piney and bitter starting point for the hop profile. The dry hop consisted of a touch of Centennial and Cascade, but was dominated by Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe for a more fruit-forward experience.
Not Today Chief - Extra Special Bitter
4.6% abv - Our collaboration with Amory's Tomb! Golden in color, its aroma is woody and earthy with notes of honey and bread dough. It has a soft, semi-sweet malt structure that is earthy and floral, with notes of light honey, under-ripe pear and citrus. It finishes smooth and slightly dry with just a hint of finishing bitterness.
Hard Seltzer
4.5% abv - A crisp and refreshing seltzer in amazing flavors: Cherry, Strawberry, Pomegranate, Winter Citrus, Blood Orange, Passion Fruit, or Cucumber. Bonus...our seltzers are gluten free!

Porterlicious - American Porter
5.7% abv - Features tons of dark, roasted malt flavors to a medium bodied beer and adds just a touch of hop bitterness. It gives you all the roasty toasty vibes you want from a porter with enough balance to keep you going pint after pint after pint.

Noiret Red Wine
A medium-bodied, dry red wine aged for 15 months in a blend of American & French oak barrels. We taste berry jam, hints of herbal mint and coffee with vanilla notes.
Seyval White Wine
Dry white wine that has spent extended time on the yeast lees, resulting in a nutty, bread-like flavor and creamier mouthfeel. The acidity and citrus tones are muted and some sediment is expected.
